Ana Sofronea is a certified Personal Trainer with a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification. She is passionate about helping people build strength safely, confidently, and sustainably.
She specializes in functional training, core stability, beginner-friendly strength work, weight loss, strength and conditioning, and joint-friendly movement. Ana works with clients of different fitness levels and focuses on proper technique, body awareness, and long-term progress.
Her approach is supportive and encouraging. She believes that exercise should feel empowering, not intimidating. Her goal is to make fitness accessible, sustainable, and beneficial for long-term health.
Ana also teaches group classes, where her calm and motivating style helps participants feel comfortable while still being challenged.
