Over 8 years of long-distance running, with hands-on experimentation in endurance training and nutrition
Regular strength and cardio training, currently exercising around 5 days per week
Professional experience as a chef, including 4 years specialising in allergy-aware and special-diet cooking
A strong focus on from-scratch cooking, including fermenting foods and baking my own sourdough bread
Personal experimentation with different dietary approaches, particularly to understand their impact on performance, recovery, and long-term health
Ongoing practice of meditation and mindful living to support mental clarity and stress management
Rather than promoting rigid rules, I focus on sustainable habits, flexibility, and listening to the body over time.
